For our next instalment of our Top 10 series, we sent our quick fire questions to French illustrator Laurent Moreau.
Laurent studied at the Hear in Strasbourg and now shares a studio in the city with a group of illustrators. His colourful work combines painting and drawing, personal projects and commissioned work. As well as working as an editorial illustrator and graphic designer, Laurent has created many children’s books with publishers such as Helium, Gallimard, Chronicle books, Gestalten.

To paint and see the illustration come to life little by little before my eyes, colour after colour.
